Delivery Details

We deliver to Europe, America, Canada and selected Middle and Far Eastern countries. Unfortunately we can not deliver to P.O. Box or military BFPO addresses

We charge a fixed amount of £2.25 to cover postage and packing on all orders Under £20 to the UK mainland, Northern Ireland and The Channel Islands. A fixed charge of £4.95 applies to all orders between £20.01 and £100 and any orders over £100 are delivered FREE. For deliveries outside of the UK, please send us an email to sales@sexyhandbags.co.uk with details of what products you require and which country you would like them shipped to. We will respond with a delivery cost within 24 hours.

Please allow a maximum of 7 days for delivery from receipt of your order, although if stock is available we endeavor to dispatch your order within 24 hours of receipt and if the item you ordered is out of stock, we will inform you of the expected delay or provide you with other options.

Returns Policy

Every effort is made by SexyHandbags to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. However if you are not completely satisfied, simply return the unused item to us within 7 days of receipt. We will issue you a full refund (excluding the original delivery charge) on receipt, or exchange the item.

Please note the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is also your responsibility.

Should you wish to exchange the item there will be a £4.99 delivery fee for all items under £100.00.
